Israel's Bezeq Deploys VDSL2 with NSN

Bezeq, Israel's leading telecommunications service provider, has deployed VDSL capable of delivering up to 200 Mbps downstream over existing copper cables. Nokia Siemens Networks provided the end-to-end VDSL solution, encompassing hardware, software and services such as planning and network roll out. The platform comprises Multi Service Access Nodes (MSAN) supporting narrow and broadband services such as POTS, xDSL, and Ethernet. Financial terms were not disclosed.
