NYT: iPhones are Over Stressing AT&T's Network

iPhone usage has cause such a spike in mobile data traffic on AT&T's network that the result is dropped calls, spotty service, delayed text and voice messages and glacial download speeds, according to an article published by The New York Times. The problem is especially acute in New York and San Francisco, where access to the 3G network is routinely congested at peak hours. The latest iPhone 3GS models appears to be exacerbating the problem.
