Asia Netcom Introduces MPLS-based Call Center Voice Service

Asia Netcom introduced an MPLS-based Call Aggregation Service (CAS) that can aggregate voice minutes from multiple markets and deliver them into a centralized location. Multinational corporations can use the service to offer local call-in numbers for their customers to access their call center -- without the need to set up their own infrastructure in each location.
