Global Crossing added Video Endpoint Management Service to its collaboration services portfolio. The service handles network administration typically associated with videoconferencing and eases the complexity of monitoring global enterprise customers' videoconferencing endpoints. It provides real-time, 24 x 7 video endpoint and network monitoring and gives customers improved root cause analysis capabilities that diagnose transport versus equipment errors.
