Frequently Asked Questions Corporate subscribers: Please note that you may be receiving our publication from a distribution list maintained by your company, such as convergenews@yourcompany.com. To be removed from a corporate list, please send a remove request to your company list server, or contact your IS department for help in joining/leaving company lists.     Please do not submit a distribution list e-mail address in the form above, as it would affect others at your company who do wish to continue receiving our publication.  If a company wishes to deactivate a distribution list e-mail address, we ask that the list manager at your company send an e-mail request to us at info@convergedigest.com Paid subscriptions:   If you currently have a paid subscription and still wish to be removed from our list, please note that the remaining value of your subscription may be transferred to another person at your company or to another e-mail alias.  Subscriptions are non-refundable after the Trial period has expired.  To transfer the account to another e-mail address, please send us a note at info@convergedigest.com Problems?
