WSJ: NSA's "Perfect Citizen" CyberSecurity Program

| The National Security Agency is launching a program called "Perfect Citizen" aimed at detecting large scale cyber attacks on key infrastructure across the country, according to a report by The Wall Street Journal. Raytheon is named as a key supplier for the program.
