DAOU SYSTEMS INTEGRATES CELOTEK'S CRYPTOGRAPHIC DEVICES IN HEALTHCARE APPLICATIONS
DAOU Systems, a leading network integrator for the health care industry, will resell Celotek's CellCase cryptographic devices to secure the transmission of ATM-based information through encryption.  The companies said proposed HIPAA regulations mandate that patient information be encrypted when sent through data links outside of a health care facility's direct control.  Celotek's CellCase systems add transparent ATM encryption technology to DAOU's offerings of security products.  The Celotek systems provide transparent Triple DES or DES encryption of virtual connections, securing WANs at speeds ranging from 1.5 Mbps to 622 Mbps.  http://www.celotek.com/
