Australia's Optus to Acquire Unwired Broadband

Seven Group Holdings has agreed to sell its Vividwireless business and the associated Unwired broadband business to Optus, a subsidiary of the SingTel Group, for A$230 million. Through the acquisition, Optus will gain 98MHz of spectrum in the 2.3GHz band, enabling to expand its 4G offerings.
